2011 Activities

Moved from a 900 sq foot garage in the south end of Alexandria to a 3000 sq foot training facility in the heart of Florence. 

Named “Best Gym in Northern Kentucky” by the Community Press & Recorder newspapers. 

Raised nearly $4,000.00 for Charity. (Wounded Warrior Project, Special Olympics, Police Memorial Fund, Make a Wish Foundation, A Kid Again) 

Trained athletes from Boone County, Campbell County, Cooper, Covington Catholic, Dixie, Holy Cross, Simon Kenton High Schools, as well as numerous middle school athletes. Also had athletes from Elder High School in Cincinnati travel to Florence to train with us. 

Worked with Law Enforcement Officers from Florence, Erlanger, Ft. Wright, Elsmere, Edgewood, Kenton County Police, Kenton County Sheriff, Kentucky Probation and Parole, as well as the Hamilton County Sheriffs Office and Cincinnati PD. 

Public servants from several other government agencies, as well as the general public. 

I will argue that we trained the best wide receiver in Northern Kentucky this year, as well as an All State linebacker. 

Continued my own personal education by attending the Hammer Strength Clinic at St. Xavier HS in the spring and a Strength & Conditioning Symposium at Great American Ballpark in December.
