Orientation Class

Our training techniques are highly effective, when performed correctly.

That's why we provide an Orientation Class to familiarize new members with the Flex Band training techniques.

This class is free of charge and must be taken one time as a requirement of the facility. Orientation classes move at a much slower pace than "regular" classes, because we focus on the details.

As a reminder, participants should come prepared to train, wearing workout pants or form-fitting bike-type shorts. (Many of the stretches we do involve lying on the floor with your foot above your head, and we don't want to see your underwear!)

Sleeved shirts are also recommended to protect your shoulders from the Flex Bands when doing squats.

Orientation Classes take place every Saturday at 11 AM.

You may also get started before taking the orientation by arriving 15 minutes early for your 1st session & learning "on the go".

                                   Resistance Band Boot Camp

If your goals are to have more energy, feel better, and lose weight, we can help!

Our Flex-Fit class offers a moderate-intensity flexibility, strength training & cardio workout.

We do many of the same activities as the athletes, but at a more comfortable pace. 

                                  Basic Training

Taking Boot Camp to the next level!

If you are looking for a more challenging workout, look no further!

In this class you will utilizes bands, kettlebells, sandbags, steps and a whole lot more!

This class is designed to increase strength and improve conditioning.

                              Strongman Training

Not your everyday workout!

Push and Pull Dragging Sleds, Carry Heavy Things, Pound Sledge Hammers, Flip Tires.....

Move Lots Of Heavy Stuff, because you can.....
